We offer a 10-day return policy for products purchased on Shopping by Clicks. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.

Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
